Will Comfort Sleep Barbados deliver to my home?(Locally)
We work with local, contractors to provide the best delivery to any location island wide, within 24hrs of your purchase. Where ever you are, we will deliver there.
How long will delivery take?
Delivery typically takes 24 hrs. However, many times a client may opt to purchase and have the bed delivered to their residence at a later date – no later then 30 day pass purchase.
If you have made a large purchase of 30+ beds we offer sea freight shipping, which could take any where from 7 days to 3 weeks. (Customs and Weather permitting) Give us a call if you’d like to discuss further.
What is Comfort Sleep Barbados’ Return Policy for Mattresses?
Due to sanitary and hygiene reasons, Comfort Sleep Barbados cannot accept returns on mattresses that have been removed from their original packaging, used, or slept on. This policy ensures that all our customers receive a brand-new, pristine product.
Additionally, returns are not possible in the following cases:
• Customer Preference Changes – If the mattress does not meet personal comfort preferences after use, we cannot accept a return. We encourage customers to test the mattress at the time of delivery.
• Incorrect Size Selection – We are not responsible for exchanges or returns due to a customer ordering the wrong size. Please double-check your bed frame and space before purchase.
• Damage After Delivery – Any stains, spills, tears, or damage occurring after delivery voids return eligibility. We recommend using a mattress protector to maintain its condition.
• Failure to Follow Care Instructions – If a mattress is damaged due to improper use, such as bending beyond recommended limits or using an incorrect foundation, it cannot be returned.
• Allergy Concerns – Comfort Sleep Barbados provides material details in advance, and we cannot accept returns due to allergies or sensitivities.
• Final Sale or Custom Orders – Special-order, custom-size, and clearance items are non-refundable and non-returnable.
To ensure customer satisfaction, we thoroughly inspect each mattress upon delivery, and customers are required to sign a quality assurance clause confirming they have received their mattress in perfect condition. If there are any defects at the time of delivery, we will address them immediately.

Which mattresses are hyperallergenic?
All Comfort Sleep beds are internationally certified (ISO) to be non-allergenic and dust mite retardant.
Should I flip my mattress?
Comfort Sleep beds are manufactured to be slept on both sides. As the mattress conforming to the body and giving supreme comfort and support. Flipping and/or rotating the mattress allows the components to “rest” and revert back where they belong. This for all practical purposes resets the mattress. This maintenance will need to be performed on a regular basis to get the maximum comfort and longevity from your Comfort Sleep bed.Learn more
What size beds do you offer?
We work very closely with our manufactures in Guyana to provided both traditional and contemporary shapes and sizes. However we warehouse only traditional sizes including twin/single, full/double, queen, and eastern king.
Can I collect from a local store?
We offer a reserve and collect service. This is available on the checkout page. Please be aware, if the product is not available in a local store, you are unable to reserve it.
Do you deliver on Weekend?
No, our courier company do not offer the service to deliver on weekends currently.
Can I finance my purchase?
